Easy Slow Cooker Recipe

Donna @ Chookyblue has a recent post with a slow cooker recipe and wanted us to share our recipe.
I have the most easiest recipe to try.
FIRST - Buy one of these from your local Woolworths Store
SECOND - Cooks in 4 hours on high.  I cooked for 2 hours on high and 2 hours on low
THIRD - I added some pasta swirls towards the end
*Ready to Serve* - On a bed of Mashed Potatoes
Now I know this is probably cheating but you can also add plenty more vegetables
Sometimes when I'm working late, I need a quick and easy dinner.
This tastes wonderful and my daughter ate it which is the biggest PLUS.
I think there are other versions too so will have to try some more.

Don't believe we still have Woolworth's here..I've only eaten lamb once..it isn't a traditional southern USA dish..I suppose it is because of all that wool being too hot...never saw sheep when I was growing up.
I do love crockpot meals though.
