Happy Easter - 2008

Happy Easter to all my blog readers. I hope you had a lovely day with your families.
We visited a friend and I even managed to finish my Depression Quilt. YAHOO !!!!!
With all fabrics now used up, I will have to find something to bind it with now. Oh wait I have to find some backing and batting then quilt it first. This may turn into one of those quilt tops that sit in the cupboard for a while. Time will tell. I would love it to go on my bed and as winter is fast approaching, that might encourage me to get it completed.

What a great quilt! You worked so hard on this that it would be such a shame for your lovely work to be stored in the cupboard.

The quilt looks fantastic. The colours and the pattern go so well.
You definitely have to finish it now. A quilt on the bed in winter makes it all the more snuggly.

Great quilt top - you can't stop now, you have to finish it so you can have it out on display - not in a cupboard!
